Diary of a Married Bachelor - Day 4

9:00 AM - Apparently the natives were outside long enough to sleep in a bit. No time for a lazy Saturday morning, however. There’s a soccer game in a little over an hour.

10:00 AM - Off to Jake’s soccer game. I wonder if the rain will hold off?

12:00 PM - To answer my previous question: No, the rain will not hold off. In fact, we called the game early. Jake needs a shower to warm up.

2:00 PM - To the library, quite possibly one of mankind’s greatest inventions ever!

3:00 PM - The kids are all settled with books or movies or something, so I’m taking a little me time to Skype with a friend and play a little Settlers of Catan online.

4:15 PM - Victory! I just pulled a win out of my… um… nowhere. On that triumphant note, it’s off to Grandma’s for dinner.

7:45 PM - Back from Grandma’s. French toast and corn on the cob is a normal dinner for kids, right? Who am I to question things. I ate the leftover French toast AFTER I finished my bacon cheeseburgers.

9:00 PM - Three days down. Two to go. Kids are all in bed, and now I just need to figure out what I’m going to do about childcare during my soccer game tomorrow. Oh grandma!

10:45 PM - Bald Man Blogging upgraded to WP 2.5.1? Check! My Name Is Mommy upgraded to WP 2.5.1? Check. Tomorrow night: Fishers of La Paz.

11:00 PM - Off so bed with a book. Catch you tomorrow. (hi)
