How to make time out of thin air. I use the fifth tip on my kids all the time! Not sure why I didn’t think to use it for myself. :)

Marathon Day. The longest run I’ve ever done was an 8K (about 5 miles), and I said I’d never want to do that again. This post is maybe inspiring me to think on a half-marathon, though. Certainly an achievement worthy of lots of congratulations!!!
