So, we’ve kinda sorta told you about what you might, maybe find out here. I think it’s relevant to share with you the ground rules we’ve made concerning the topics you won’t find out here.

First off, you won’t find us out here processing issues that we are currently experiencing. You may know us IRL and wonder when that argument that we just had will be appearing here, or whether we’re going to settle some dispute of ours on-line. Won’t be happening. Seriously, we don’t need a marriage blog to become the death of our our marriage! Topics/stories shared here should be things we’ve already worked through. And, trust me, there’s enough fodder in that folder to keep us posting for quite a while.

Secondly, no personal sex-life talk. We have one, that’s all you need to know. :) Honestly, it’s just something we’re choosing not to cover here. The topic itself may get mentioned as it relates to other discussions, as it is all part of marriage and relationships, but that’s about it. (*whew* says everybody who’s reading)

And the moral of this story? Protect your marriage. Young or old, newly weds or not, don’t let others dictate what parts of your marriage are sacred, and what parts can be shared. In the long run, your marriage is worth occasionally telling others, “That’s none of your business.” ;)
